Yaroslav participates in advising clients in connection with arbitration and litigation proceedings in Russia and other jurisdictions.
In 2025, he participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot on behalf of the MSAL team.
In 2026, he coached one of the MSAL teams for the M.G. Rosenberg International commercial arbitration Moot.

a construction company in a dispute relating to defective performance under a construction contract;
the beneficial owner of a major holding group on potential subsidiary liability for the debts of a subsidiary;
a private investor on the unfreezing of assets in the United States and the United Kingdom.
