Alexey specialises in conducting legal due diligence and drafting transaction documentation for M&A deals, as well as advising on joint venture and corporate governance transactions.
He has experience in conducting redomiciliation procedures and updating internal corporate documents.
Alexey also advises and represents clients in the resolution of major commercial disputes in Russian and foreign state and arbitration courts.
Before joining Voskhod, Alexey worked at KKMP, a leading Russian law firm.
